Open to youth 8 and 18, this 6-class series explores the food traditions of Appalachia, and will meet May 6, 9, 13, 16, 23, 30 at 4:30pm
During this 6-week intensive class, students will learn how to make biscuits and butter, cornbread and chicken and dumplings, desserts, and much much more.
