Agroforestry is quickly regaining ground as a strategy for sustainable forest management in Eastern Kentucky. In this workshop, participants will join leaders in our region as they identify trees, provide guidance on land assessment, discuss riparian buffers, herbs, and resources for landowners interested in applying agroforestry techniques. The event includes a land assessment hike, a farm fresh meal, along with coffee and good conversation!
